At Bhigwan, the shimmering backwaters stretch endlessly under the morning sun. To reach the flamingo point, we began a one-hour boat journey, gliding over calm waters surrounded by flocks of ducks and waders.
As the boat slowed near the far end of the lake, a vision unfolded — hundreds of Greater Flamingos, standing tall and elegant, painting the blue water with shades of pink and white. Their synchronized movements reflected like poetry on the rippling surface.
The long journey, the still air, and the distant calls of birds created a serene magic. That morning reminded me — true beauty often lies beyond the distance, waiting for those who travel with patience and love for nature.
